SERIES LY(BASY) BOARD FRAME PRESS OIL FILTER

板框压力式滤油机是专为电厂、电站、工矿企业的变电所(室)润滑油库、拖拉机站、石油、化工、冶金、国防工业等单位，用来过滤变压器油、透平油、航空液压油及其它液体油液中的水份和杂质。

因受齿轮结构的限制，不适用柴油、煤油等无润滑性的油类，但可根据用户需要选用特殊材料及配用特种电机。

This article is designed for filtering water and impuritics of transformet oil, turbine oil, aviation oil and other oils. It finds its use in power station, power plant,transformer station, lube oil storehouse, tractor station and petroleum, chemistry, metallurgical and national defense industries.

主要结构特征

• 压力滤油机是由过滤床、油泵和粗滤器等部分组成的可移动装置。

• 过滤床是一种连续操作的，在压力作用下向侧面过滤的过滤器组压入脏油，它是由成套的顺序交替排列的滤板和滤框以及包括有手动螺旋压紧装置组成。

• 油泵和电动机在过滤床的下面，油泵输出的液体通过排送管、止推板送入过滤部分。为避免压力过高或超负荷造成机械事故，在油泵本体上设有安全阀，根据用户要求可将安全阀调定在较低的数值上，但不允许调节到超过规定的最高安全压力值(注:产品出厂时已将安全阀压力设定为工作压力的150%左右)。

• 粗滤器安装在油泵的吸入端，它的作用是防止大颗粒杂质进入油泵，使齿轮泵内部零件损坏。当拧掉粗滤器盖上的螺栓，取下粗滤器盖时，就可直接将粗过滤网取出清洗，防止粗滤器内布满脏物，使滤油能力下降，甚至损坏粗滤网。

MAIN STRUCTURE FEATURES

• Press oil filter is composed of filtering bed, oil pump and coarse filter.  It is oxf movable type.

• Filtering bed operales continuously and it presses dirty oil into filtering unit that works laterally. It is composed of complete filter plates and frames arranged alteratively, manually screwing unit and press plaes.

• Oil pump and motor are bekow filter bed. Iiquid delivered by oil pump goes ino filtering part through pipe and thrust plate. Safcty valve is provided on pump body in erder to avoid excessive pressure or overload. Safety valve can be set to kow valuc. But set value can't exceed specified max. safety pressure.

• Coarse fihter is mounted at suction end of pump, This prevents large grains and impurities from entering oil pump. Taking out coarse filter for rinsing can be done by unscrewing bolt on filter cap. In doing so, filter capacity deterioration and screen damage is prevented.
