MODEL ZJA DOUBLE-STAGE VACUUM OIL FILTER

主要适用于净化500kV及750kV以上输变电设备用绝缘油，亦可适用于500kV以下输变电设备用绝缘油及各种电器设备用绝缘油的净化处理。

This product is applicable to purifying transformer oil of above 500KV or below 750KVtransformers as well as purifying insulation oils of various electric apparatus.

MAIN FEATURES AND MERITS

• Intemational updated“Oil Film Tension Osmosis Process”technique is used so that water, gas and impurities can be effectively remnoved,

• High/ low oil level automatic protection, automatic foam-removing, high-effective needle foam-extinction are available.
  The article is of automation, automatic constant temperature maintaining and easy operation.

• The machine has four filter stages for mechanicul impurities: one coarse filtering. two fine filtering and one magnetic filtering. The highest fineness reaches to I um and cleanness of oil purified reacbes to NAS 1638 class 4.

• 残余水份≤3mg/kg

• 残余气体≤0.1%

• 净化清洁度NAS 16384级该机除能达到上述指标外，还具备:

• 酸值{<}0.02mgKOH/g
